5 pounds potatoes -- cooked, diced, cooled
1 bunch radishes
2 bunches green onions
1 large cucumber
6 large hard-boiled eggs
1 teaspoon salt/pepper to taste
2 tablespoons accent
1 Cup mayo
1 teaspoon paprika and sliced green onions sprinkled
 

Preparation:

Refrigerate before serving.
