Blue Cheese New Potato Salad

Ingredients:

2 pounds new or all-purpose potatoes -- peeled, cut into 1-inch chunks and cooked
1/2 cup wish-bone chunky blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup sliced celery
2 tablespoons sliced green onion -- (optional)
1/4 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation:

In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Makes about 4 cups salad.
