IDAHO POTATO CREAM SAUCE

Ingredients:

1 large potato
1/2 Cup Water
1 tablespoons Butter flavored granules
1 tablespoons Onion powder
1 tablespoons Chicken bouillion granules
1/2 Cup Evaporated skim milk
1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
 

Preparation:

In small saucepan, combine potato and water. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer until potato is tender, about 10 minutes. Using electric hand mixer, blend potatoes until smooth. Stir in 1/2 c. Milk along with remaining seasoning, blanding until smooth and adding additional milk to reach a cream sauce consistency.
