Ingredients:

1 teaspoon unsalted butter
1 cup onion
2 teaspoons chunky peanut butter
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon peanut oil
1 teaspoon crushed red chiles
1/2 cup milk
 

Preparation:

heat butter in a small skillet, over a medium flame add onions, heat and stir for 8-10 minutes, until onions begin to brown add peanut butter, soy, lemon juice, peanut oil, and red pepper flakes heat and stir until well blended whisk in milk, in a thin-steady stream heat and stir or whisk until well blended remove from heat serve hot or warm
