Ingredients:

2 cups vinegar
2 cups beet juice
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 bunch beets
 

Preparation:

Mix vinegar, beet juice or water and sugar and heat until sugar is dissolved. Add beets or eggs; cool. Make sure all the skin is off the peeled eggs or they will be ugly.
