Pork Chops With Rosemary Sauce

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds boneless pork loin chops
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 cup water
1/4 cup sour cream
 

Preparation:

1. Wipe chops with damp paper towels. 2. In a plastic bag, combine flour, rosemary, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add chops. Shake to coat chops evenly with seasonings. Reserve remaining mixture. 3. In a frying pan, heat oil. Add chops. Brown on both sides. Add 3/4 cup water. Cover. Simmer about 15 minutes. 4. Remove chops to a serving platter. Keep warm. 5. In a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon reserved flour mixture and 2 tablespoons water. Stir into pan drippings. 6. Cook, stirring until thickened. Stir in sour cream. Heat through. Spoon sauce over chops. Serve immediately.
