Garden Vegetable Linguine

Ingredients:

8 ounces uncooked linguine
1 pound smoked sausage -- sliced
5 medium green or red bell peppers -- cut into strips
5 medium carrots -- sliced
10 ounces frozen peas
3/4 cup pitted black olives
1 cup italian salad dressing
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash dried oregano leaves
 

Preparation:

Cook linguine according to package directions; drain and keep warm. Saute Smoked Sausage with peppers, carrots, peas and olives in large skillet over medium-high heat. Combine salad dressing, linguine and sausage mixture in large serving bowl. Toss with garlic powder and oregano. Serve hot or cold.
