Crockpot Sweet and Sour Pork

Ingredients:

2 Pounds Cubed pork
6 Tablespoons BBQ sauce
1/4 Cup Vinegar
1 Small Onion -- sliced
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
1/4 Teaspoon Ginger
2 can Chunk pineapple
1/4 Cup Brown sugar
 

Preparation:

In slow cooker mix pork with cornstarch. Then mix in remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 8 hours. Serve over rice. Recipe can be doubled.
