Spicy Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients:

2 Cans quartered artichoke hearts -- (10-ounce) rinsed and squeezed dry
1 Teaspoon oregano or Italian herb blend
1 Teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 Cups saltfree salsa
1 Clove garlic minced
1/2 Cup tomato sauce
1 Tablespoon fresh parsley or garnish
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients except parsley in a bowl. Stir to blend. Sprinkle with parsley and chill at least one hour in the refrigerator before serving. Serve with hot bread or tortilla chips.
