Preparation:
1. Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; drain well, reserving dripping in skillet. Crumble bacon, and set aside.
2. Saute onion in bacon drippings until tender. Add flour, stirring until smooth. Gradually add water, cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened.
3. Add next 5 ingredients; stir well, and bring to a boil.
4. Stir in bacon and remaining ingredients.
5. Serve immediately. |
