Banana Date Nut Salad In Pastry

Ingredients:

4 sheets frozen puff pastry shells
2 medium bananas -- peeled and cut into 1/2 inch slices
8 medium dates -- pitted and chopped
1/4 Cup chopped walnuts
1 Teaspoon lemon juice
 

Preparation:

Bake puff pastry shells according to package directions. Combine bananas, dates and walnuts in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice and toss. Just before serving, spoon fruit mixture into baked puff pastry shells.
