Ingredients:

2 large apples -- diced and pared
1/2 cup celery -- diced
1/4 cup raisins
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon mayo -- reduced calorie
8 medium lettuce leaves
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients except lettuce; mix well Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve on Lettuce Leaves, optional of course.
