Preparation:
Rehydrate granburger with hot water for 10 minutes. Melt margarine in a large skillet. Add onion, celery, and rehydrated gran burger. Saute till vegetables are tender.
Combine all remaining ingredients except bread. Mix thoroughly. Add mixture to bread cubes. Toss gently. Add granburger vegetable mixture to bread mixture. Toss gently to mix. If mixture is too dry, add a little more water. Place in a greased 2 quart casserole. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes. Serve with Mushroom Sauce.
MUSHROOM SAUCE:
Melt margarine in a heavy saucpan. When bubbly, add flour. Cook stirring constantly about 2 minutes. Add seasonings and water. Bring to a boil. Simmer, stirring constantly, about 2 minutes. Add drained mushrooms. Mix thoroughly and serve. |
