Fresh Mushroom Consomme

Ingredients:

2 cans beef consomme
2 cans water
3 Cup fresh mushrooms thickly sliced
1/2 Cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1 dash Tabasco
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender.
