Chicken And Shiitake Fettuccine

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup chopped bacon
2 Tablespoons butter
2 pieces chicken breasts. boned and shredded
3/4 Cup sliced of reconstituted KasugaiTShiitake
1/4 Cup sliced celery
1/4 Cup chopped onion
1 Tablespoon finely chopped parsley
1 Cup half and half
1 Cup sour cream
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese -- (1/2 to 3/4)
1 teaspoon salt and white pepper to taste
3 Cups cooked fettuccine
 

Preparation:

Fry bacon. Add butter, chicken, KasugaiTShiitake, celery and onion. Saut, until chicken is almost done. Add parsley, half and half, sour cream and cheese. Stir until thickened. Then add salt and pepper. Combine with cooked fettuccine. Top with grated Parmesan or romano cheese.
