Preparation:
Cook egg noodle substitute according to package directions. In a 2-quart casserole dish, combine soup, half cup cheese, milk, and sour cream. Mix well.
Stir in noodles, vegetables, and chicken. Mix well. Microwave, covered, on high for ten minutes, or until heated through, stirring once. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Microwave, on high, for two minutes, or until cheese has melted. |
