Macaroni and Chick Peas

Ingredients:

2 cans chick peas
2 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 pound cooked ditali
1 can tomato sauce
 

Preparation:

saute garlic in olive oil,add the 2 cans chick peas( or gorbonzo beans) Add chopped parsley and salt and pepper to taste.Add tomato sauce. Simmer on low heat for 1/2 hour. Pour over cooked pasta and mix together. * I add freshly grated cheese.
