Ingredients:

4 cups Sliced peaches
1/2 cups Orange juice
3 tablespoon Honey
2 tablespoon Finely chopped Candied ginger
1 dash Salt
 

Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients, mixing gently.

2. Cover; chill thoroughly.

3. Spoon into chilled sherbet glasses.
