Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350*F. Sprinkle 15 1/2x10x1-inch pan with cornmeal. Unroll crescent rolls; place longest sides of dough over shortest sides of pan. Press perforations to seal using fingers; roll dough slightly up sides of pan. Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. In medium bowl, combine refried black beans and chili powder; spread over crust. Shred cheese over bean mixture. Sprinkle vegetables over cheese. Cut and serve with salsa, if desired. |
