Green Beans Gremolata - Easy

Ingredients:

1 pound green beans -- trimmed
1 tablespoon fresh parsley -- chopped
2 teaspoons lemon rind -- grated
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
 

Preparation:

1. In saucepan of lightly salted boiling water, cook green beans for 5 minutes or until tender crips. Drain well. 2. Combine parsley, lemon ring and garlic. Toss with beans and oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
