Ingredients:

3 cups prepared crystal light fruit punch flavor low calorie soft drink mix
1 1/2 cups frozen nonfat vanilla yogurt -- softened
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 large ripe banana -- cut into chunks
 

Preparation:

Place prepared drink mix, frozen yogurt, and fruit in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve at once. Serving size: 1 cup
