Preparation:
In medium bowl combine flour, corn starch and confectioner's sugar. Inlarge bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat margarine until smooth. Add flour mixture and vanilla; beat until well blended. If necessary, refrigerate 1 hour or until easy to handle. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets; flatten with lightly flouredfork. Bake in 375 degree oven 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightlybrowned. Remove; cool completely on wire rack. Store in tightly covered containe |
