Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

24 large fresh mushrooms -- stems removed
1 cup cooked shrimp -- finely chopped
1 tablespoon bread crumbs -- fine, dry
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1 tablespoon soft butter
1 teaspoon fresh tarragon -- minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1 Cup buttered bread crumbs
 

Preparation:

Mix the shrimp, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, butter, tarragon, salt and egg together. Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture, sprinkle with buttered crumbs and bake in a 350°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
