Ingredients:

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cream
3/4 cup chili sauce
1/3 cup onion
1/3 cup parsley
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
3 medium iceberg lettuce
4 pounds bay shrimp
12 large hard boiled egg
12 medium plum tomato
6 medium avocado
 

Preparation:

Combine the mayonnaise, whipped cream, chili sauce, onions, and parsley-mix well season to taste with cayenne cover and chill for 60 minutes arrange shredded lettuce on a platter heap shrimp on top in a mound garnish with hard-boiled egg wedges, tomato wedges, and sliced avocado pour dressing over garnished salad or serve to the side serve immediately
