Shrimp In Czarina Sauce

Ingredients:

5 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup onion
1 cup yellow squash
1 cup zucchini
1 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 pound bay shrimp
2 cups cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation:

Heat 4 tablespoons butter in a skillet, over a medium flame add onions, yellow squash, and zucchini, saute for 2-3 minutes add white pepper, cayenne, shrimp, and lemon juice heat and stir for 2-3 minutes stir in remaining ingredients, heat thoroughly serve hot
