Ingredients:

1 large egg
6 large shrimp -- (shelled and deveined)
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
2 tablespoons grated cheese
---SAUCE---
1/2 stick butter
1/2 medium lemon
1/4 cup chicken broth
 

Preparation:

Dip shrimp in flour then egg batter. Saute until golden brown. In separate pan melt butter; add chicken broth and lemon juice. Add shrimp and simmer 3-5 minutes, uncovered. Serve immediately. Can be prepared in advance without sauce or with sauce. Serve over rice.
