Grilled Tiger Shrimp With Dill

Ingredients:

1 Pound shrimp ( 12 per pound)
1 1/2 cup olive oil
3 Tablespoons chopped fresh dill
 

Preparation:

Peel, devein, and split each shrimp lengthwise. Marinate in the live oil and dill for 2 or 3 hours, covered, in the refrigerator. Thread each shrimp half on a skewer and grill over hot coals for 2 or 3 minutes, depending on the thickness of the shrimp.
