Ingredients:

1 cup nonfat yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoons apricot honey -- or 1-tablespoon honey plus 1/2-tablespoon apricot preserves
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
 

Preparation:
