Olivacado Dip

Serves: 1 1/2 cups
 

Ingredients:

1 large ripe avocado halved lengthwise -- peeled and pitted
2 1/2 ounces pitted sliced ripe olives -- green or black
1 tablespoon grated fresh onion
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 medium fresh lime -- Juice of
 

Preparation:

Mash the avocado and add drained olives along with salt and onion. Mix well. Squeeze in lime juice. Serve in the scooped-out avocado shell half.
