Nondairy Avocado Sour Cream

Ingredients:

1 large ripe large avocado peeled and pitted
10 1/2 Ounces extra firm silken tofu
2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 Teaspoons tamari sauce
1/2 medium lemon juiced
6 Tablespoons water
2 Teaspoons chopped dill weed
1 Tablespoon chopped chived
1 Tablespoon garlic chives
 

Preparation:

In a blender combine all ingredients except dill, chives and garlic chives. Process until smooth. Stir in herbs and serve.
