Cheddar-Nut Dip

Serves: 4 - 6
 

Ingredients:

1 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 Cup Plain yogurt
1 tablespoons Tomato paste
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon Salt and cayenne pepper
 

Preparation:

Throw everything in a food processor and blend until fairly smooth. Spoon into bowl and stir in 1/3 c. toasted chopped walnuts. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with breadsticks.
