Preparation:
Mix vinegar with milk and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Blend milk into mayonnaise. Ad spices and blend. Dissolve gelatin in hot water and add to mayonnaise mixture. Chill for 1 to 2 hours. Makes approximately 1 3/4 cups. Use for dip with potato chips or fresh vegetables.
VARIATION: Omit garlic powder and tarragon and add 2 finely chopped green onions or 1/4 cup minced chives. |
