Ingredients:

3 cups apple
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons walnuts
 

Preparation:

sprinkle apples with lemon juice combine with remaining ingredients in a food processor process to a smooth puree serve at once
