2 cups main ingredient -- chopped (tomato, mango, corn, black beans, pineapple, etc,)
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
2 tablespoons minced jalapeno
1/4 cup coarsely chopped cilantro
1/4 cup lime juice
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
