Sesame-Soy Marinade For Fish

Ingredients:

1/4 cup oriental sesame oil
1/4 cup light olive oil
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
2 tablespoons dry sherry or sweet vermouth
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 piece fresh ginger -- (1-inch x 1-inch piece)
3 cloves garlic -- peeled
 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Use to marinate 6 tuna, shark or swordfish steaks, cut 1 12-inches thick (about 3 to 1/2 pounds).
