Creamy Caesar Dressing

Ingredients:

1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons resh lemon juice
1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 clove garlic
 

Preparation:

1) Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well with a whisk. Chill and serve.
