1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup penut butter
1/4 cup raisins
2 tablespoons milk powder non fat
---5TH SANDWICH---
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 medium banana -- mashed
2 tablespoons non-fat milk powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
---6TH SANDWICH---
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
8 slices cumumber -- up to 10
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
---7TH SANDWICH---
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons raisins
1/4 cup apple -- chopped
---8TH SANDWICH---
8 ounces tofu -- mashed
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 medium banana
1 teaspoon lemon juice
