Chili Tacos

Ingredients:

12 Packages taco shells
2 Cans chili with beans -- (15 ounces each)
1 Cup shredded jalepeno Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
2 Cups shredded iceberg lettuce
2 medium tomatoes -- diced
8 medium radishes -- sliced
1/4 Cup sour cream
 

Preparation:

Warm taco shells according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, cook chili with beans over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, or until warm and slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Spoon the chili evenly into the taco shells and top each with some cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, radishes and sour cream.
