Special Hot Chocolate

Serves: 2 1/2 cups
 

Ingredients:

2 cups milk
1/2 cup candy-coated chocolate pieces
2 tablespoons molasses
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup Whipped cream
 

Preparation:

Heat milk in a heavy saucepan to boiling point (212 F). Combine candy, molasses, and ginger in container of electric blender; add milk. Blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth. Serve in mugs; top with whipped cream. Serve immediately.
