Lowfat Banana Shake

Ingredients:

1 cup nonfat milk
1 medium ripe banana
1 package swiss miss diet coca mix
 

Preparation:

Take one cup nonfat milk, add a ripe (or overripe) banana (or one-half banana) and one packet of Swiss Miss Diet Hot Cocoa Mix. Blend in blender. Drink slowly.
