Fruit Smoothies

Ingredients:

1 can diced pineapples in Their own juice
1 cup Finely sliced strawberries
4 cups Crushed ice as you wish
 

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend on high for 3 to 4 minutes or until smooth. I use this recipe almost every other day substituting all different types of fruit.
