Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup sliced peaches
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 Medium banana
 

Preparation:

To blender add orange juice, peaches, cinnamon, yogurt, lemon juice honey and banana. Blend until frothy. Add a few cubes if you want.
