Easy Lemonade

Serves: 3 Cups
 

Ingredients:

6 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups cold water
1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice concentrate -- thawed
2 packages equal brand sweetener -- (I prefer Sweet and Low)
 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients. Chill well. Add ice cubes if you wish.

 

Nutritional Information:

64 calories; 15 g carbohydrate; trace protein; trace fat; trace sodium. (If you're like me 3/4 cup isn't enough, I just adjust by doubling my serving and then delete a fruit at another meal for the day.
