Preparation:
1. cut beef into strips. set aside. 2. heat oil in skillet or wok on medium high heat. 3. add red curry base and stir fry briefly to soften and blend. 4. add beef and stir fry 3-5 minutes. 5. add green pepper, seasoning sauce and sugar. stir fry for 3 minutes. 6. serve with soft jasmine rice.
variations: substitute pork for beef, adding 1/2 cup coconut milk.
note: when cutting beef, be sure to cut across the grain to help with tenderness. see illustration. |
