Panang Curry Sauce

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon panang curry base
1 can coconut milk
1 teaspoon seasoning sauce
 

Preparation:

1. in small saucepan, heat oil. 2. saute panang curry base in oil over medium heat for one minute. 3. add coconut milk and seasoning sauce, stirring together well. 4. bring to a boil. 5. lower heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes. 6. add your favorite meat and vegetables and simmer until cooked. enjoy!
