Corn Pudding 3

Ingredients:

16 ounces corn, canned
1 medium egg
1 teaspoon pimiento -- chopped
1 teaspoon green pepper -- minced
1 teaspoon margarine
1 teaspoon sugar replacement
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt -- to taste
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper -- to taste
1 spray vegetable cooking spray
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients, except vegetable cooking spray. Pour into baking dish coated with vegetable cooking spray. Bake at 325F for 35 to 40 minutes, or until firm.
