Preparation:
Place butter, onion, peppers, celery and garlic in a 2 quart casserole.
Cover. Microwave at high (100%) until peppers are tender, 3 to 4 minutes,
stirring once during cooking time.
Stir in tomato sauce, wine, parsley, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Microwave
at high (100%) until hot and bubbly, 4 to 5 minutes, stirring once during
cooking time. Add shrimp. Microwave at medium high (70%) until shrimp are
pink, 5 to 6 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
