Grilled Alaska Halibut with Tangy Fruit Salsa

Ingredients:

4 fillets Alaska halibut steaks
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 cup Tangy Fruit Salsa
 

Preparation:

1. Brush both sides of steaks with oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Place on medium-hot grill 5-6 inches from heat. Cook 5 minutes. Turn carefully and continue to grill 5-6 minutes more, or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. 2. Remove to individual serving plates and top with spoonfuls of salsa.
