Ingredients:

2 fillets salmon or 1 small halibut
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot flavoring -- (optional)
 

Preparation:

Skin and bone fish. Slice paper thin. Place on dehydrator racks. Salt and pepper lightly. I f you wish, add hot flavoring. Place in dehydrator for 12 to 24 hours until crisp. Delicious!
