Crispy Baked Fish Fillets

Ingredients:

1 pound fish fillets
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons oil
1/3 cup corn flake crumbs
 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Wash and dry fillets; cut into serving pieces. Season; dip in oil and coat with corn flake crumbs. Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Bake 10 minutes without turning or basting.
